Why the 20th Century?

The 20th Century is part of our folk memory. We draw our information from detailed research, and aural history, whilst remembering those who have contributed to our recent past, either as service personnel or civilians.

What do we do?

We bring scenes in the past century to life with interactive displays and dioramas.

We can select these from our extensive collection of 20th Century artifacts; ranging from clothing and ephemera, through to vehicles and other machinery.

We cover Boer War; WWI; WWII - Homefront and Special Operations Executive; Korean War; British Forces Germany.

Where are we?

We have members across the UK. Our HQ is in Shropshire, with a core in Yorkshire and a flourishing branch in Scotland.

Why not join us?

Our group subs for 2010 are £12.00 adults; £6.00 student and free for 16 and under.  This covers the Public Liability Insurance.
